Ingredients

  • Chocolate syrup
  • 1 graham cracker, crushed
  • 2 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz crème de cacao
  • 1 oz whipped cream flavored vodka
  • 1 large marshmallow (toasted, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Spread chocolate syrup in a circular pattern on a plate and place the crushed graham cracker crumbs on another plate.
  2. Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass in the chocolate syrup, then dredge in graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Fill a martini shaker with ice and add chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, and vodka.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
