S'mores Delight Shooters are a rich and creamy dessert cocktail with chocolate vodka, Irish cream, and dark chocolate liqueur, garnished with mini toasted marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Irish cream
  • 1 oz Whipped cream vodka
  • 1 oz Dark chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz Half & half
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for rimming the glass)
  • Mini marshmallows (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rim the edge of a shot glass with graham cracker crumbs and set aside.
  2. In a shaker with ice, mix equal parts Irish cream, whipped cream vodka, dark chocolate liqueur, and half & half. Shake well.
  3. Warm up chocolate syrup and pour it into the base of the rimmed shot glass.
  4. Strain the cocktail mix on top of the chocolate syrup in the shot glass.
  5. Garnish with mini roasted marshmallows on skewers.
