Ingredients

  • 1 quart vodka
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 3/4 oz orange blossom water
  • 1/2 oz rose water
  • 9 oz lemon syrup
  • 2 oz white vermouth
  • 2 oz orange liqueur
  • 2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 1/4 tbsp lavender
  • 11 1/2 oz pinot noir
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1/3 cup thyme sprigs
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp dried juniper berries

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, mix vodka, orange blossom water, rose water, lemon syrup, white vermouth, orange liqueur, cardamom, and lavender to create the sangria base.
  2. Measure out 4 1/2 oz of the sangria base and combine it with the pinot noir in a separate container.
  3. Pour the mixed sangria into glasses and garnish with slices of lemon, lime, and orange, along with thyme sprigs and juniper berries.
