Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz pink gin
  • 0.75 oz white creme de cacao
  • 0.33 oz lemon juice
  • 0.17 oz rose water
  • 0.33 oz vanilla syrup
  • 1 large egg white, at room temperature
  • Ice cubes
  • Rose fairy floss, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a large jug, removing the ice from the shaker.
  4. Return the mixture to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for another 30 seconds.
  5. Double strain the mixture into a champagne coupe glass.
  6. Serve the cocktail adorned with a delicate touch of rose fairy floss.
