Ingredients

  • 3 oz dry rosé
  • 1.50 oz lychee liqueur
  • 2 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • 2 oz Lemon San Pellegrino
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 1/2 white peach, chopped
  • 3 strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 lemon, sliced
  • Edible elderflower or white lilac blossoms for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the dry rosé and lychee liqueur.
  2. Add the elderflower syrup, Lemon San Pellegrino, and soda water. Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
  3. Squeeze the lemon slices into the pitcher and stir.
