Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Contratto Aperitif
  • 1/2 oz. Campari
  • 1 oz. fresh blood orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 barspoon passion fruit liqueur (use Giffard Crème de Fruits de la Passion)
  • Prosecco, to top
  • Club soda

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass with ice, combine the Contratto, Campari, blood orange juice, lemon juice, and passion fruit liqueur.
  2. Stir the mixture to chill.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top the glass with Prosecco.
  5. Add a splash of club soda.
