Raspberry Thyme Citrus Gin Fizz

Ingredients
- 10 frozen raspberries
- 3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup soda water
- 1-2 oz. gin
- Monk fruit or xylitol, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Muddle raspberries and thyme at the bottom of a glass with a metal spoon to release their flavors.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime and half a lemon into the glass.
