Ingredients

  • 10 frozen raspberries
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 1-2 oz. gin
  • Monk fruit or xylitol, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Muddle raspberries and thyme at the bottom of a glass with a metal spoon to release their flavors.
