Ingredients

  • 6 oz Prosecco or other sparkling wine
  • 1 tbsp raspberry sorbet
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur
  • 3 fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Place a small scoop of sorbet into the bottom of a champagne flute.
  2. Add the raspberry liqueur to the glass.
  3. Fill the glass with Prosecco.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
  5. Serve immediately.
