Ingredients

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 0.50 oz. simple syrup
  • 5-6 raspberries
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup unflavored bubbly water
  • ice
  • mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
  • raspberries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a glass, muddle the simple syrup and raspberries until the raspberries are broken up.
  2. Add the vodka and lemon juice, and gently swirl to combine.
  3. Add ice to the glass and top with the bubbly water.
  4. Smack a few mint leaves and add them to the drink, then add a few more on top as a garnish.
  5. Optionally, garnish by lining raspberries on a cocktail pick and laying the pick across the rim of the glass.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
