Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mango sorbet
- 4 oz. Prosecco, champagne, or sparkling wine, well chilled
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Instructions
- Place 1 tablespoon of mango sorbet in the bottom of a champagne flute.
- Add a raspberry to the bottom of the flute.
- Pour the Prosecco into the flute.
- Garnish with extra raspberries. (Raspberries on small skewers or cocktail sticks work well.)
