Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mango sorbet
  • 4 oz. Prosecco, champagne, or sparkling wine, well chilled
  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Place 1 tablespoon of mango sorbet in the bottom of a champagne flute.
  2. Add a raspberry to the bottom of the flute.
  3. Pour the Prosecco into the flute.
  4. Garnish with extra raspberries. (Raspberries on small skewers or cocktail sticks work well.)
