Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp dry vermouth
  • 5 fresh raspberries
  • 0.75 oz. raspberry cordial
  • 0.75 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp egg white
  • handful ice
  • 3 raspberries and a mint sprig skewered on a cocktail stick

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, dry vermouth, raspberries, raspberry cordial, lemon juice, and egg white.
  2. Shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes to create a frothy texture.
  3. Add the ice to the shaker, then shake again until the outside feels ice-cold.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered raspberries and a sprig of mint.
