Ingredients
- 5 oz rosé brut champagne, very cold
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, plus more for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water to prepare raspberry-basil simple syrup.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat and add 2 tbsp basil and 1/4 cup raspberries.
