Ingredients
- 5 oz. rosé brut champagne, very cold
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/8 cup fresh basil, plus more for garnish

- Create the raspberry-basil simple syrup by combining sugar and water in a small saucepan and bringing it to a boil.
- Remove the syrup from heat and add 1/8 cup basil and 1/4 cup raspberries to infuse the flavors.
