Ingredients

  • 0.50 fl oz chilled espresso
  • 4 fl oz champagne
  • 0.50 fl oz plum brandy
  • 1 sugar cube
  • Purple sanding sugar

  2. In a separate glass or pitcher-style measuring cup, mix the brandy and espresso together.
  3. Add a sugar cube to the prepared champagne flute.
  4. Pour the brandy and espresso mixture evenly into the glass.
  5. Slowly pour the champagne into the flute, dividing it evenly, as the drink will fizz up when combined.
  6. Serve immediately.
