Ingredients

  • Handful of ice
  • 2 ounces whipped cream vodka
  • 1 ounce pumpkin spice Irish cream liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce half and half
  • 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin purée
  • Pinch of pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
  2. Add 2 ounces of whipped cream vodka, 1 ounce of pumpkin spice Irish cream liqueur, 1/2 ounce of half and half, 1 tablespoon of canned pumpkin purée, and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice to the shaker.
  3. Gently swirl the ingredients in the shaker to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
