Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons white rum
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour before serving.
  3. If desired, toast the shredded coconut in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Run a lime slice over the rim of the glass and coat with the toasted coconut before serving.
