Ingredients

  • 1 oz Kahlua or coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz vanilla or plain vodka
  • 1 oz Bailey's or Irish Cream liqueur OR half & half
  • 5 strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Puree strawberries and Irish cream (or half & half) in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry mixture into a martini glass and rinse out the blender.
  3. Blend Kahlua, vodka, and one scoop of ice cream until smooth.
  4. Pour the vodka mixture over the strawberry mixture in the martini glass.
  5. Optionally, top with an additional scoop of ice cream.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy immediately.
