Ingredients

  • 1 oz Kahlua or coffee liquor
  • 1 oz vanilla or plain vodka
  • 1 oz Bailey's or Irish Cream liquor OR 1 oz half & half
  • 5 strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the strawberries and Irish cream (or half & half) until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry mixture into the bottom of a martini glass and rinse out the blender.
  3. In the blender, combine the Kahlua, vodka, and a scoop of ice cream, and puree until smooth.
  4. Pour the vodka shake over the strawberry shake in the martini glass.
  5. Optionally, top with an additional scoop of ice cream.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy immediately.
