Ingredients

  • 2 oz. blended Scotch whisky
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
  • 1 oz. fresh egg white (pasteurized if preferred)

Instructions

  2. Shake the mixture without ice until it becomes foamy.
  3. Add ice to the shaker, then shake again until the mixture is chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
