Ingredients
- 2 oz. blended Scotch whisky
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
- 1 oz. fresh egg white (pasteurized if preferred)
Instructions
- Combine the blended Scotch whisky, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
- Shake the ingredients vigorously, without ice, until a foamy texture forms.
- Add ice to the shaker, then shake again until the cocktail is chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Garnish by adding several drops of peated Scotch atop the drink's foam.
