Ingredients

  • 2 oz. blended Scotch whisky
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
  • 1 oz. fresh egg white (pasteurized if preferred)

Instructions

  1. Combine the blended Scotch whisky, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
  2. Shake the ingredients vigorously, without ice, until a foamy texture forms.
  3. Add ice to the shaker, then shake again until the cocktail is chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish by adding several drops of peated Scotch atop the drink's foam.
