Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz coconut milk
  • 2.33 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.50 oz pistachio paste
  • 0.50 oz white rum
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • ground cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, pistachio paste, white rum, almond extract, and salt.
  2. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is well-combined.
  3. Strain the coquito into an airtight bottle and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour to chill.
  4. Before serving, shake the bottle to mix the ingredients.
  5. Pour the chilled Pistachio Paradise Coquito into a lowball glass and garnish the top with ground cinnamon.
