Ingredients
- 3.50 oz coconut milk
- 2.33 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1.50 oz pistachio paste
- 0.50 oz white rum
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, pistachio paste, white rum, almond extract, and salt.
- Blend the ingredients until the mixture is well-combined.
- Strain the coquito into an airtight bottle and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour to chill.
