Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Pisco
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1 tablespoon egg white
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix the lime juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the Pisco, egg white, and crushed ice to the blender and blend until frothy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a sour glass.
  4. Add a few drops of Angostura bitters on top.
