Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
- 1 berry-flavored green tea bag
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup coconut milk, chilled
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries, slightly crushed
Instructions
- In a saucepan, gently cook the thawed strawberries until they begin to break apart, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Use an immersion blender to puree the cooked strawberries, then chill the puree in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Steep the green tea bag in boiling water for 5 minutes, then discard the tea bag. Stir in the strawberry puree, chilled coconut milk, and simple syrup.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the strawberry-coconut mixture over the ice.
- Garnish the drink with the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
