Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pink Champagne
- 1/2 packet of Unflavored Gelatin (about 1.5 tsp)
- 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Edible Glitter (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, pour the pink champagne and add sugar and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for 3-5 minutes until it becomes spongy.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir for about 4 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into jello molds or shot glasses. Any foam on the surface will dissipate as it sets.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the jello sets.
- If desired, sprinkle with edible glitter before serving.
