Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Mount Gay Rum
  • 2/3 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce Licor 43
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chartreuse
  • 2 large strawberries

Instructions

  1. Muddle 1 strawberry in a shaker tin.
  2. Add all other ingredients and plenty of ice.
  3. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a strawberry.
