Pineapple Mint Chilled Rosé
A refreshing and tropical twist on the classic frosé, this Pineapple Mint Chilled Rosé is a delightful blend of frozen rosé, sweet pineapple mint syrup, fresh mint leaves, and zesty lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 3 oz rosé wine
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 2 1/2 oz frozen pineapple chunks
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour the rosé into a freezer-friendly container and freeze overnight, ensuring it does not freeze solid.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, then add pineapple chunks and bring to a boil. Allow it to sit with mint leaves to infuse the flavors, then strain the syrup and chill in the fridge.
- In a blender, combine lemon juice, pineapple mint syrup, frozen rosé, 5 mint leaves, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the blender jar with the frosé into the freezer and freeze for 25-35 minutes until thickened.
- Blend again until smooth and pour into serving glass. Serve immediately.
