Ingredients

  • 3 oz rosé wine
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water
  • 2 1/2 oz frozen pineapple chunks
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Pour the rosé into a freezer-friendly container and freeze overnight, ensuring it does not freeze solid.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, then add pineapple chunks and bring to a boil. Allow it to sit with mint leaves to infuse the flavors, then strain the syrup and chill in the fridge.
  3. In a blender, combine lemon juice, pineapple mint syrup, frozen rosé, 5 mint leaves, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer the blender jar with the frosé into the freezer and freeze for 25-35 minutes until thickened.
  5. Blend again until smooth and pour into serving glass. Serve immediately.
