Pineapple Bliss Frosé
A refreshing and fruity frozen cocktail made with rosé wine, pineapple, mint, and lemon. Perfect for cooling down on a hot day.
Ingredients
- 3 oz rosé wine
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 2.50 oz frozen pineapple chunks
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour the rosé wine into a freezer-safe container and freeze overnight.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, then add pineapple chunks and 5 mint leaves. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then strain the syrup and chill in the fridge.
- In a blender, combine lemon juice, pineapple mint syrup, frozen rosé, 5 mint leaves, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the blender jar to the freezer and freeze for 25-35 minutes until thickened.
- Blend the frosé again until smooth, then pour into a serving glass and enjoy immediately.
