Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup strong hot coffee
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
- 2 cubes turbinado sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl or with a stand mixer, whip the cream until soft, fluffy peaks form, about 2 minutes. Refrigerate to keep cool.
- Prepare a cup of strong hot coffee.
- Gently heat the rum in a small saucepan over low heat until it starts simmering, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Place two sugar cubes in a mug and pour the hot coffee and rum over them. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Top the drink with whipped cream and serve immediately.
