Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup strong hot coffee
  • 2 tablespoons dark rum
  • 2 cubes turbinado sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl or with a stand mixer, whip the cream until soft, fluffy peaks form, about 2 minutes. Refrigerate to keep cool.
  2. Prepare a cup of strong hot coffee.
  3. Gently heat the rum in a small saucepan over low heat until it starts simmering, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  4. Place two sugar cubes in a mug and pour the hot coffee and rum over them. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
  5. Top the drink with whipped cream and serve immediately.
