  • 1 (3.4 oz.) box instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup peppermint schnapps
  • 1 teaspoon coffee extract
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
  • 8 ounces cool whip (thawed)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, cold milk, peppermint schnapps, and coffee extract for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the thawed cool whip and whisk until the mixture is smooth. Allow it to set for 5 minutes.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop, evenly divide the pudding into shot glasses or 1 or 2 oz. condiment containers with lids.
  4. Chill the pudding shots for 30 minutes.
