Ingredients

  • 10 peppermint disks
  • 375 ml unflavored vodka (half of a 750ml bottle)

Instructions

  1. Unwrap the peppermints and place them in a mason jar.
  2. Pour the vodka into the mason jar with the peppermints.
  3. Seal the jar tightly and shake gently to mix.
  4. Refrigerate for 5 days or until the peppermints are completely dissolved.
  5. After 5 days, there will be a white layer at the bottom of the jar, so turn it upside down for about an hour and then shake well.
  6. Pour the peppermint-infused vodka into shot glasses and enjoy!
