Ingredients
- 1 oz pear brandy
- 0.38 oz pomegranate juice
- 3.50 oz Prosecco (chilled)
- 1 tbsp pomegranate arils (plus extra for serving)
- 2-3 thin slices of Anjou pear (plus extra for garnishing)
Instructions
- In a glass pitcher, combine pear brandy and pomegranate juice, and stir gently.
- Pour in chilled Prosecco, pomegranate arils, and pear slices, and stir lightly.
- To serve, sprinkle some pomegranate arils into the bottom of a champagne flute, add a few cubes of ice, pour in the Pearadise Sparkler, and garnish with slices of pear if desired.
