Ingredients

  • 1 oz pear brandy
  • 0.38 oz pomegranate juice
  • 3.50 oz Prosecco (chilled)
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate arils (plus extra for serving)
  • 2-3 thin slices of Anjou pear (plus extra for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. In a glass pitcher, combine pear brandy and pomegranate juice, and stir gently.
  2. Pour in chilled Prosecco, pomegranate arils, and pear slices, and stir lightly.
  3. To serve, sprinkle some pomegranate arils into the bottom of a champagne flute, add a few cubes of ice, pour in the Pearadise Sparkler, and garnish with slices of pear if desired.
