Ingredients
- 6 ounces strong brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 ounces Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey (1 shot)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon creamy peanut butter (for garnish)
- 2 Tablespoons Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Add a teaspoon of brown sugar into an Irish coffee mug.
- Pour a shot of peanut butter whiskey into the mug.
- Brew strong coffee and pour it into the mug, leaving some space at the top. Stir gently.
- Carefully float the peanut butter whiskey whipped cream on top.
- Microwave the creamy peanut butter for about 15 seconds to soften, then drizzle it over the whipped cream for garnish.
- Chill the beaters and bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the items from the freezer and assemble your hand mixer.
- Place heavy cream, confectioners sugar, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter whiskey into the cold bowl.
