Ingredients
- 6 oz strong brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Peanut Butter Whiskey Whipped Cream
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Place a teaspoon of brown sugar into an Irish coffee mug.
- Add a shot of peanut butter whiskey to the mug.
- Brew strong coffee and pour it into the mug, leaving space for the topping. Stir well.
- Float the peanut butter whiskey whipped cream on top.
- Microwave the creamy peanut butter for about 15 seconds to soften, then drizzle it over the top for garnish.
- Chill beaters and bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the chilled items from the freezer and assemble your hand mixer.
- Combine heavy cream, confectioners sugar, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter whiskey in the bowl. Beat until soft peaks form.
