Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen sliced peaches
- 1 sachet Peach Ginger Black Tea
- 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- Coconut whipped cream for topping
- Beetroot powder for topping
- 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen sliced peaches, Peach Ginger Black Tea, unsweetened plant milk, and honey. Blend until smooth and thick.
- Transfer the peach purée to a small glass.
- In the same blender, combine the remaining frozen peaches, frozen strawberries, water, and honey to make the frappuccino. Blend until smooth and thick.
- Layer the tea frappuccino and peach purée in a tall glass using a spoon.
- Top with whipped coconut cream and a sprinkle of beetroot powder.
