Ingredients

  • 1 large peach (chopped, skin on)
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/3 cup gold tequila
  • 2 tbsp Cointreau (or peach schnapps for extra peach flavor)
  • 2 tsp simple syrup
  • 1/3 cup peach nectar
  • 1 sprig fresh mint (for garnish)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Chop the peach into small chunks, leaving the skin on.
  2. Combine the chopped peach, lime juice, tequila, Cointreau, simple syrup, and peach nectar in a blender.
