Ingredients

  • 1.70 oz Zymurgorium Peach Bellini Gin Based Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 peaches or nectarines
  • small cup of ice
  • 6.80 oz pink Prosecco or champagne

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the peach Bellini liqueur gin.
  2. Chop 1 peach into small cubes and add to the blender.
  3. Keep the remaining half of the peach or nectarine for garnish.
  4. Add a small cup of ice to the blender, ensuring it reaches the top of the liquid.
  5. Pulse the blender until the mixture becomes slushy.
  6. Pour the mixture into a champagne flute, filling it halfway, then slowly top it up with Prosecco.
  7. Garnish with a slice of peach and enjoy.
