Ingredients
- 1.70 oz Zymurgorium Peach Bellini Gin Based Liqueur
- 1 1/2 peaches or nectarines
- small cup of ice
- 6.80 oz pink Prosecco or champagne

- In a blender, add the peach Bellini liqueur gin.
- Chop 1 peach into small cubes and add to the blender.
- Keep the remaining half of the peach or nectarine for garnish.
- Add a small cup of ice to the blender, ensuring it reaches the top of the liquid.
- Pulse the blender until the mixture becomes slushy.
