Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz Zymurgorium Peach Bellini Gin Based Liqueur
- 1 1/2 peaches or nectarines
- small cup of ice
- 6 3/4 oz of pink Prosecco or champagne
Instructions
- Measure 1 3/4 oz of the peach Bellini liqueur gin into a blender flask.
- Chop 1 of the peaches into small cubes and add to the flask. Slice the remaining half of the peach or nectarine and set it aside for garnish.
- Add crushed ice to the flask, filling it to the top of the liquid, ensuring a slushy fluid texture.
- Pulse the blender until the mixture is thoroughly blended and slushy.
- Pour the mixture into the bottom of a champagne flute before topping it up with Prosecco, pouring slowly to manage the fizz.
- Garnish with the peach slice and enjoy.
