Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz Zymurgorium Peach Bellini Gin Based Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 peaches or nectarines
  • small cup of ice
  • 6 3/4 oz of pink Prosecco or champagne

Instructions

  1. Measure 1 3/4 oz of the peach Bellini liqueur gin into a blender flask.
  2. Chop 1 of the peaches into small cubes and add to the flask. Slice the remaining half of the peach or nectarine and set it aside for garnish.
  3. Add crushed ice to the flask, filling it to the top of the liquid, ensuring a slushy fluid texture.
  4. Pulse the blender until the mixture is thoroughly blended and slushy.
  5. Pour the mixture into the bottom of a champagne flute before topping it up with Prosecco, pouring slowly to manage the fizz.
  6. Garnish with the peach slice and enjoy.
