Ingredients

  • 1.50 - 2 ounces Crown Royal Peach Whisky
  • 4-5 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1.50 ounces Simple Syrup
  • 2 drops Angostura Bitters (optional)
  • Sprig of Mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place simple syrup and mint leaves in a julep cup.
  2. Muddle the mint leaves to release their flavors.
  3. Pour in the Crown Peach Whisky.
  4. Add 2 drops of bitters, if desired.
  5. Fill 2/3 of the cup with crushed ice and stir thoroughly.
