Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz egg white
  • 1/4 cup macerated peaches

Instructions

  1. Remove pits and quarter the peaches, then macerate them with a sugar ratio of 8 cups of fruit to 3 cups of sugar for at least an hour and no more than 4 days.
  2. In a shaker, dry shake the bourbon, lemon juice, egg white, and macerated peaches without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and wet shake the mixture.
  4. Double strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with drops of Angostura bitters.
