Ingredients
- 1/2 large Passionfruit
- 0.67 oz Sugar syrup
- 1/2 Lime
- 2 oz Cachaca
Instructions
- Cut 1/2 a large lime into quarters (halved wedges).
- Cut a passionfruit into a small part and a big part, scoop out 3/4 of the big part into the glass, and pour in the sugar syrup.
- Place the lime quarters on top and muddle them well to release the juices.
- Add crushed ice until the glass is 3/4 full, then pour in the cachaca over the ice.
- Stir in a 3D motion using a BarSpoon to mix all the ingredients together.
- Top up and pack with more crushed ice for the perfect mix.
- Garnish with the other small part of the passionfruit.
