Ingredients

  • 1/2 large Passionfruit
  • 0.67 oz Sugar syrup
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 2 oz Cachaca

Instructions

  1. Cut 1/2 a large lime into quarters (halved wedges).
  2. Cut a passionfruit into a small part and a big part, scoop out 3/4 of the big part into the glass, and pour in the sugar syrup.
  3. Place the lime quarters on top and muddle them well to release the juices.
  4. Add crushed ice until the glass is 3/4 full, then pour in the cachaca over the ice.
  5. Stir in a 3D motion using a BarSpoon to mix all the ingredients together.
  6. Top up and pack with more crushed ice for the perfect mix.
  7. Garnish with the other small part of the passionfruit.
