  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 oz pisco
  • 1/2 oz fresh, frozen, or bottled passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 large egg white
  • 2.50 oz ice cubes or crushed ice
