Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz rum, preferably Plantation 3 Stars
  • 1/4 oz passion fruit syrup, preferably Monin
  • 1/4 oz vanilla syrup, preferably Monin
  • 1/2 oz Bonanto aperitif
  • 1 oz lime juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously to chill and dilute.
  3. Strain into a frozen coupette glass.
  4. Add a bar spoon of passion fruit caviar to a shot glass and top with Prosecco, then serve as a sidecar to the cocktail.
