Ingredients

  • 0.50 Passionfruit
  • 0.67 oz Sugar syrup
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 2 oz Cachaca

Instructions

  1. Cut the lime into quarters.
  2. Scoop out the pulp of the passionfruit into the glass, and pour in the sugar syrup.
  3. Place the lime quarters on top and muddle them well to release the juices.
  4. Fill the glass with crushed ice until it's 3/4 full.
  5. Pour in the cachaca over the ice and stir using a BarSpoon in a 3D motion to mix all the ingredients together.
  6. Top up and pack with more crushed ice for the perfect mix.
  7. Garnish with the other small part of the passionfruit.
