Ingredients

  • 1/4 fresh lime, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 teaspoons superfine granulated sugar
  • 3 oz pure passion-fruit juice (preferably Looza brand)
  • 1 1/2 oz cachaça
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In an 8-ounce short glass, add the lime wedges and sugar.
  2. Use a wooden spoon to muddle the lime and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Pour in the passion-fruit juice and cachaça.
