Ingredients

  • 1 shot Espolon Tequila Blanco
  • 1 cup Jarritos Toronja or other Grapefruit Soda
  • Ice
  • 1 package Goya Frozen Passion Fruit Pulp (keep frozen)
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup Espolon Tequila Reposado
  • Sparkling water or Soda
  • Colored sugar for rim

Instructions

  1. In a glass with ice, pour 1 shot of Espolon Tequila Blanco.
  2. Top off with Jarritos Toronja soda.
  3. Garnish with a lime.
  4. In a blender, combine the frozen Goya Passion Fruit Pulp, simple syrup, Espolon Tequila Reposado, juice of 1 lime, and additional ice cubes.
  5. Blend to a slushy puree.
  6. Adjust the texture with sparkling water to your preference.
  7. Dampen the rim of a glass and dip in colored sugar.
