Ingredients

  • 2 oz. apple brandy
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. grenadine
  • 1 tsp absinthe

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine apple brandy, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, and grenadine.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake to chill the mixture.
  3. Coat the inside of a glass with absinthe, then discard the excess.
  4. Strain the chilled mixture into the prepared glass.
