Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Orgeat syrup
  • 8 oz Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Pour the orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add one medium or two small ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and shake until the ice fully melts.
  3. Pour the chilled and aerated syrup into a collins glass without using a strainer.
  4. Slowly pour the soda water into the top of the drink to build body and a foam head.
