Ingredients
- 2 oz gin or vodka
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Peels from 1 orange
- Peels from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 oz Mata Bianco vermouth
- 1/2 oz Dolin Dry vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Garnish: lemon peel and olive
Instructions
- Combine the gin or vodka, olive oil, orange peels, lemon peels, Mata Bianco vermouth, Dolin Dry vermouth, and orange bitters in a quart container.
