Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Nerds candy (pink and purple)
  • 1/4 cup Nerds candy (rainbow)
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 oz blue curacao
  • 1 cup white marshmallows
  • Optional: sorbet
  • Soda water

Instructions

  1. Combine the vodka and pink and purple Nerds in a jar, then set aside for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Microwave the marshmallows for 20 seconds to melt them. Dip the rim of the cocktail glass into the melted marshmallows and then into the rainbow Nerds.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, mix the blue curacao, 1 oz of the Nerds-infused vodka, and ice, then pour into the prepared cocktail glass.
  4. Optional: Add two tablespoons of sorbet (raspberry recommended) over the top, then top the glass up with soda water to finish.
