Ingredients

  • 4 Lime wedges
  • 0.70oz Sugar syrup
  • 8-12 mint leaves
  • 2oz light rum
  • Soda water (to fill)
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. In a highball glass, muddle the 4 lime wedges with sugar syrup.
  2. Bash the mint leaves and add them to the glass along with the rum.
  3. Fill the glass 3/4 of the way with crushed ice.
  4. Churn the mixture and cap it with more crushed ice.
  5. Top it off with soda water.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
